--技術背景--(Technical Background)：

  “模塊式天然氣液化裝置”是采用高度集成、模塊化的液化設備對非常規天然氣（不便于管輸的邊遠氣井天然氣、頁巖氣、煤層氣、油田伴生氣、鹽井伴生氣，工業尾氣和生物質轉化的燃氣）進行綜合回收利用。采用現場液化方式避免了大量地面設施及管道投資，建立一種液化工廠直接對接終端用戶和進入LNG 現貨市場的生產運營模式。

“Modular Liquefaction Equipment for Natural Gas” is a highly integrated, modularized liquefaction facility which is designed for unconventional natural gas (such as remote gas well which is inconvenient to transport, shale gas, coal bed gas, oil field associated gas, salt well associated gas, industry exhaust, gas conversion from biomass) complex recycle and utilization. It artfully adopts on-field liquefaction mode which may avoid huge investment on ground facility and pipe line construction, and builds a new production and operation mode which realize direct hand-shake between LNG plant and end consumer or LNG spot market.

--工藝說明--(Process Brief)：

1、原料氣凈化（Raw Gas Purifying）：

  采用擁有自主知識產權的專利技術凈化方法對原料氣進行凈化處理，使原料氣中的酸性氣體含量達到工藝要求。凈化過程操作簡單，能耗低，適用范圍廣，能用適用于各種常見的天然氣氣源。 

  By adopting independent intellectual property and patented technology, acidic gases level in raw gas can be purified to the Process requirement. The purifying process is easy to operator, low energy consumption and wide applicable for all kinds of ordinary raw gas sources.

2、天然氣液化（Gas Liquefaction）

   采用氮氣循環膨脹制冷工藝：利用高壓制冷劑通過透平膨脹機絕熱膨脹的克勞德循環制冷來實現天然氣的液化。氣體在膨脹機中膨脹降溫的同時，輸出功，用于驅動流程中的壓縮機。氮氣膨脹循環流程簡單、緊湊，造價相對較低。起動快，熱態起動2～4 小時即可獲得滿負荷產品，運行靈活，適應性強，易于操作和控制，安全性好，放空不會引起火災或爆炸危險。  

   It adopts nitrogen cycle expander refrigeration technology: Natural gas gets liquefied in Claude refrigeration cycle due to the adiabatic expansion of high press refrigerant in turbo expander, gas output work during the expansion cooling process, and the expansion work recovered and utilized to drive gas compressor. This process flow is simple, compact, low cost, and quick start. Production load can reach full within 2~4 hours from hot startup. The process described here has flexible, wide applicable, and convenient control performance. It is also has fine safety against fire or blast for air relief.
